RETURN POLICY
If you have any problems with shopping at ForwardFreestyle, or you are worried that some photos, descriptions are not sufficient to reflect the ‘real’ product, please remember that all carried goods are included in the Return policy. If the ordered product does not fulfill your expectations you can exchange or give it back in 10 days from the date of delivery. You will get full refund for returned product. We are constantly trying to improve our services so if you decide to return ordered product, make sure you have substantiated your decision – so we will not make similar mistakes in the future.
The package should be returned to the address from which it was sent. The customer himself incurs all costs.


RETURNS
All offered products are under Producer warranty. If you find any defects during exploitation which are caused by the Producer or if you have any further questions please contact us as soon as possible info@forwardfreestyle.com.
Before you deicide to send back or exchange any ordered product You should send
an e-mail to info@forwardfreestyle.com with such details as:
- the name, model, size and the color of  products which you want to send back or exchange
- the date and number of the order
- the reason of sending back or exchange
 
In addition:
- if the product which you want to send back should be replaced for another, please state the name, model, size and the color
- if you want to send back the product under the guarantee of buying You should state the number of the account to which the money will be send back
- if you want to send back the product under the warranty You should send at least three photos (in max resolution of  800x 600) of  defected product 
 
After sending the info to info@forwardfreestyle.com, please wait for the more details.
 
The product which you want to send back should be (as far as possible) packed with the original box, and what is crucial the bill should be included as well.
 
There is no way to send back any product without including the bill!!!
 
All costs connected with shipping will be considered individually by the ForwardFreestyle owner, depending on the reasons of sending back the products, all info will be send to the e-mail address of the buyer.

DISCOUNT PRODUCTS
Products with discount regulation
forwardfreestyle.com offers a possibility to buy products at reduced prices while purchasing the main good. If you want to return the good, the reduced products must be also given back. Otherwise the returned sum will be decreased by diminishing the regular price of the good (given at website at the purchasing day) with the discounted price.

ORDER CANCEL
Forwardfreestyle  reserve the right to cancel any orders which are in progress more than 10 days and cannot be realised due to lack of payment or not co-ordinating particular details concerning individual requests by the buyer himself.
 
The buyer whose order is in progress for a long time, will get an ‘email-reminder’. If the buyer will not respond after the reminder, the order will be canceled.

PREORDERS
The Forwardfreestyle company reserves the right to change the date of shipping products which are marked as a pre-order. All shipment dates are established according to the producer`s info. Its` sudden changes are caused by delays from producers, for which Forwardfreestyle cannot hold responsibility. The customers who pre-ordered particular products will be informed about shipment date change.
